Komatsuna (Brassica rapa var. perviridis)
Komatsuna is a Chinese leafy vegetable with crunchy stems and a spicy taste.
Chinese Broccoli Gai lan (Brassica oleracea)
The leaves and fleshy leaf stems of this cabbage variety are widely used in Chinese cuisine.
Chinese leaf mustard 'Red Giant' (Brassica juncea)
Delivers a whole season red to red-green crisp leaves with a mustard-like, pungent aroma. Good as a cut lettuce or in a wok.
Bok Choy/ Pak choi (Brassica rapa ssp. chinensis)
A traditional Asian leaf-cabbage variety with a superb taste.
Mizuna/ Japanese mustard (Brassica rapa var. nipposinica)
Mizuna is a lovely fast growing and regrowing leaf vegetable variety with a wonderful peppery flavour.
