Passion Flowers are fast-growing tropical climbers. They have fascinating blossoms and some varieties also bear edible fruits. Maracuya, for example, is a passion flower. The herb of many varieties is used as a mood-lifting natural remedy. Tea made out of it tastes pleasantly smoky. The blue passion flower Passiflora caerulea is said to be medicinally valuable and is one of the most robust and cold-tolerant varieties.
