The ‘Küttinger Rüebli’, like this old white carrot variety from Aargau is often called in Switzerland, is a robust, late local cultivar suitable for summer harvest and storage. The turnips are consistently white with a very slight yellow tinge, pointed and short with a total length of approx. 20 cm. This variety is characterized by firm meat and an aromatic, strong taste.
