According to the spectrum of their flavour, the chilli peppers 'Trinidad Perfume' are strongly associated with the Caribbean. It has undertones of melon, cucumber, some tropical flowery notes but also a hint of smokiness. Caribbean chillies are famous for their intense heat but this variety from Trinidad is hardly spicy at all and is therefore a popular choice with sensitive chilli-lovers who admire its incredible aroma.

Difficult to germinate Had trouble staring these seeds. They needed lot more time than other chillies and peppers for me this year. I have high expectations for these flavour-wise. I’ll keep you posted once there is something to taste.

Hübsch und fruchtig Wächst zu einem stattlichen Busch, Früchte bilden teilweise interessante Formen aus (u.a. glockenförmig). Geschmack ähnelt Aprikosen und Melonen, dazu kaum Schärfe. Insgesamt sehr interessant! Empfehlung!
