White Fire è una varietà di peperoncino piccante con frutti compatti a forma di uovo. Ha pareti piuttosto spesse. I peperoncini sono inizialmente quasi bianchi e poi maturano rossi. La piccantezza è adatta per salse e stufati. Particolarmente impressionante è la possibilità di produrre una salsa al peperoncino completamente bianca.

Chili Pflanzen können einjährig im Freiland oder als ausdauernde Kübelpflanze gehalten werden. Wir empfehlen die Pflanzen zu überwintern und mehrjährig zu halten, da gerade im zweiten Jahr mit einer üppigen Chili Ernte zu rechnen ist. Samen in Aussaaterde drücken und unbedingt warmstellen (ca 24°C). Chilisamen brauchen viel Wärme zur Keimung - hier kann ein beheiztes Zimmergewächshaus hilfreich sein. Wächst gut im Zimmer. Liebt sonnige Standorte und nahrhafte Erde.
Chilis sind sehr nährstoffliebend und profitieren von einer kräftigen Stickstoff-Düngung.
