Beans 'Cannellini' (Phaseolus vulgaris)
Large, white bean variety from Italy that goes perfectly with Chili con Carne or the classic Italian tomato bean salad.
Mexican chili pepper 'Cascabel' (Capsicum annuum)
Small, red, rather mild, Mexican chilli variety that provides the right spicy aroma for Mexican bean dishes.
Chili pepper 'Colorado Picante' (Capsicum annuum)
Great dark red, pointed chilli variety with medium hotness. Also excellent for drying and grinding.
Cumin (Cuminum cyminum)
Cumin has a wonderful aroma and is an essential ingredient for the spice mix garam masala.
Wormseed (Chenopodium ambrosioides)
Wormseed adds a lovely lemony note to any bean dish and is very refreshing drunk as tea.
