Who hasn't crafted cress hedgehogs or grown cress on cotton wool in their childhood? Childishly simple in cultivation and every time a dream when fresh on buttered bread.

Cress originates from Persia and can be cultivated on the windowsill all year round or outdoors from spring. Thanks to its healthy mustard oils and the contained vitamin C, it's a great virus killer and expels springtime fatigue.

Pre-cultivation indoors all year round or direct sowing outdoors from March to September. Needs light to germinate. Sprinkle seeds on the substrate and press down lightly. Then water carefully and keep moist. Germinates after 2-3 days. Can be harvested from the 6th day.
