Anyone experienced in growing your own fruit and veg supplies or enthusiastic hobby gardeners will be well acquainted with the sudden rush of impatience arising anew at the beginning of each new year. You simply cannot wait to start the gardening season again and to get your hands into soil and to start new cycle of growth.
The good news is that some very robust early vegetables can be sown as early as mid/late January, unless prevented by a thick layer of snow.

This seed kit contains seeds of three very robust early vegetable varieties, which can already be cultivated outdoors early in the year:

Fava Bean 'Hangdown' (organic) (Vicia faba)
Broad beans have been cultivated for thousands of years. The seeds are harvested young and have a nutty sweet taste.
Spinach 'Matador' (organic) (Spinacia oleracea)
Fast growing spinach for the garden or the balcony. The healthy leaves can be used for salads and prepared as side vegetables.
Lettuce 'May Queen' (organic) (Lactuca sativa)
Very early butter head lettuce. Cultivation outdoors can be started from January.

The seeds of each vegetable variety are packaged in a separate sachet.

You will receive seeds that have been lovingly produced at certified European organic farms. Of course, MagicGardenSeeds GmbH is also certified and regularly inspected by the controlling body: DE-ÖKO-037.
