Its small, star-shaped blue flowers are also delicious added to salads, puddings and wild herb soups.
Chop Suey Green (Chrysanthemum coronarium)
The chop suey green plant forms beautiful and very aromatic yellow or yellow-white flowers, which are an essential spice for the traditional Chinese chrysanthemum-hotpot. The plant’s leaves can also be used as herbs to season dishes.
