"Golden Hubbard" is a pumpkin variety which is very popular in the United States. The fruits are between 2 and 4 kg heavy, orange-red and have a warty textured surface. The taste is sweet and balanced. This is the traditional pumpkin for the pumpkin pie on Thanksgiving.

Preculture in April. Plant in pots and transplant outdoors after a hardening phase after the blackthorn winter in May. When planting, be very careful not to damage the sensitive root ball. Loves a permeable, nutrient-rich soil, warmth and plenty of water.
