Rice 'Arborio Bianco' (Oryza sativa)
Rice is also an important staple food and one of the oldest cultivated plants. This variety is cultivated in Italy and is well adapted to the European climate.
Einkorn wheat (Triticum monococcum)
Einkorn wheat is a so-called original grain from the ancestral line of wheat. This species is also one of the oldest cultivated plants of mankind.
