Halophytes, halophile & salt plant seeds
Halophytes and halophiles are organisms which thrive in habitats with higher salt concentrations either in the soil, the water or in the air.
In fact, some of these species even require a certain degree of salinity to grow well, while some others in this category might develop better in low-salt conditions but would consequently become subject to high competition with further developed and more robust plants, why their niche is perfect for them.
Most commonly halophytes and halophiles can be found around coastlines, on beaches and around salt lakes.
