The Thai Lime, also called Kaffir Lime, comes from Asia and is an important spice for traditional Thai curry. Good curry pastes from the supermarket also always contain Thai lime besides galangal. Its scent is intensely citrusy, just like the one of its leaves. The leaves, as well as the fruits, are used in the kitchen.
