Komatsuna is a leafy vegetable originally from Japan. The leaves with fleshy leaf stalks can be used in manifold ways - both cooked in the wok as well as in salads and soups. It is enormously fast-growing and can be harvested as early as 30 days after sowing. Komatsuna has a fresh and sweet taste.
