Welsh onion (organic) (Allium fistulosum)

Beetroot 'Tonda di Chioggia' (organic) (Beta vulgaris)
'Tonda di Chioggia' is an old Italian variety with red and white striped beets.
Fava bean 'Hangdown' (organic) (Vicia faba)
Broad beans have been cultivated for thousands of years. The seeds are harvested young and have a nutty sweet taste.
Kohlrabi 'Superschmelz' (organic) (Brassica oleracea var. gongylodes)
Proven white kohlrabi variety, which becomes very large and nevertheless remains tender. The tubers can easily weigh 3-4 kg without lignifying.
Carrot 'Oxheart' (organic) (Daucus carota)
