Roma Tomato Seeds
Common names for Roma tomatoes are plum tomatoes, sauce tomatoes or grape tomatoes. All these names refer to tomato varieties with elongated or ovoid shape, an average size of 6-10 cm in length and a diameter of 3-5 cm. They reach an approximate weight of up to 60g per fruit.
Some varieties have a somewhat mealy or floury taste, but convince with a magnificent overall flavour. Roma tomatoes have little juice and seeds, but a lot of meat. That is why they are almost exclusively used for sauces, tomato juice and preserved as tomato pulp and tomato paste.
