The Red Cheese Pepper is a small, spicy capsicum of the apple pepper type. Its flavour is especially aromatic and, therefore, it was formerly used for the flavouring and colouring of cheese (hence the name). It's also perfectly suitable for the making of delicious salsa. Its shape is rather unusual for pepper and rather reminds of a small, flat, red pumpkin. The plant bears vast amounts of fruits if it's fertilized well.
