Thai chillies are renowned for their intense heat and unique flavour. They are used in a variety of Thai dishes, including curries, soups, salads, and stir-fries. Their heat adds a spicy and highly distinctive note to the dishes.

This seed set contains 3 super spicy Asian chilli varieties for creative and very aromatic Thai cuisine:

Thai chili 'Kali Mirch' (Capsicum annuum)
Asian chilli variety with many small, dark chilli peppers with crisp, hot pungency.
Thai chili 'Prik Kee Noo' (Capsicum frutescens)
The so-called 'bird's eye chili' is typical for Thai cuisine. The small, very hot chilli peppers are used to season the curry pastes.
Asian chilli 'Korean Hot' (Capsicum annuum)
Very decorative chilli variety. The bushy plants bear many up to 9 cm long fruits. These mature from cream colours to orange and bluish colours.

One seed bag per chili variety with at least 10 seeds.

Chillies need very warm temperatures of +24-28°C to germinate. We therefore recommend the use of a miniature greenhouse with a heating function.
