This organic seed set contains four carefully selected species:

Common Donkey Thistle (Onopordum acanthium)
It impresses with its large, silver-grey, spiky leaves and majestic, purple-coloured flowers, which are not only a visual highlight but also an important food source for bees and butterflies.
Wild cardoon (Dipsacus fullonum)
Beautiful biennial wild perennial whose fruit clusters are highly decorative, especially in winter. An important food plant for many insects and birds.
Mary thistle (Silybum marianum)
Very important old medicinal plant for liver diseases and a forgotten wild vegetable plant. The seed heads are a good source of food for birds in winter.
Blue globe thistle (Echinops ritro)
Very decorative thistle species whose inflorescences cut a fine figure not only in the flowerbed
