White clover is probably one of the best-known lawn plants. It belongs to the group of legumes and is an important pasture plant for sheep and horses. The fragrant, white-flowering clover is also very suitable as a honey plant for bees and bumblebees.

Trifolium Repens can be broadcasted outdoors from April. It likes to spread through its fast-rooting runners, a trait which has also earned it the reputation of being a rather stubborn weed in ornamental gardens - whereas, on meadows and lawns, this property is very convenient, as lush green fields of clover develop quickly. The creeping clover loves sunny locations and sandy to loamy fresh, moist soil.
