Prickly hairy Wichuriki from Mexico. WIchuriki Mamillarias are free-flowering cacti which blossoms can have different colours, from white to pastel to pink. The fruits are also very decorative. The round cacti grow rather broad than high, most often remain flatter than 5cm, and reach a diameter of approx. 10-12cm. Its thorns get approx. one centimetre long. This variety is said to have been used for changing visual perception in ritual ceremonies.
